"I would like to compliment Grupo Maya on with the monitoring of our
network. Although we are a small customer, Luis and Greg have always
been able to answer any question we may have. In fact they called me
once, when Our network connection dropped and we had no Internet
service. They quickly called our ISP and had us back on line in a few
minutes. They are very professional and helpful and we greatly
appreciate it!!"

Once again, Grupo Maya was able to meet the needs of the South Dakota Library Network. I was constantly having to monitor our Unix based servers for issues such as running out of storage, high CPU loads and Oracle table space. |

With limited staff, the South Dakota Library Network has been struggling to cover several issues such as maintaining up-to-date system backups, Oracle database tuning, and upgrading our current Oracle database to a newer release.
